We want you to feel confident when shopping with SnusBox. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
How to return a product:
- Contact our customer service at [insert email/phone number] and explain the reason for your return.
- If the return is due to a valid claim (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If you simply change your mind or do not like the product, return shipping is your responsibility.
- Include the return number (RN) provided by our team, and pack the item securely.
- Ship the product back using the provided label (for claims) or your own shipping method (for non-claims).
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Perishable items such as snus or nicotine pouches are not eligible for return once dispatched, unless there is a valid product issue. We do not charge any handling or restocking fees.
